Excel (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV files with a header row. The headers can be in English or Arabic and in any order; only a column that tells the product and a Quantity column are required.
By internal reference, barcode or name. If several products match, the row is reported as an error instead of guessing.
Both: Set the counted quantity makes the quantity of the file the new on-hand quantity, and Add to the on-hand quantity adds it (a negative quantity takes stock out).
Yes. Existing ones are used and missing ones can be created. A serial number accepts the quantity 0 or 1.
Yes. The check shows the on-hand quantity, the new quantity and the difference of every row, and nothing moves until you click Import.
Yes. Untick Apply the adjustments now and the quantities are only set as counts, for you to review and apply.
Yes. Each import is kept with its rows, who did it and the stock moves it created; an applied import cannot be deleted.
Yes. Everything is translated and works right to left, and the documentation is in Arabic too.
