1. The refund window
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase. After that, we can only refund if the law requires it.
2. When we refund
We refund a purchase when one of these is true:
- Not as described. The item does not do what its page says, or is missing a feature the page promised.
- It does not work. The item does not work on the platform versions listed on its page, and the seller could not fix it within a reasonable time after you reported it.
- Security. The item has a serious security flaw that the seller does not fix.
- Support not given. Support is included with the item and the seller did not answer within the support period, even after we asked them to.
- Duplicate or accidental purchase, if you have not downloaded the item.
3. When we do not refund
- You changed your mind after downloading the item.
- The item works as described but does not suit your needs, or you did not check the compatible versions on its page.
- A problem was caused by your own changes, your hosting or another extension.
- You asked after the refund window, unless the law gives you the right.
- The request is part of a pattern of buying, using and refunding.
Before you buy, check the description, the compatible versions, the live demo if there is one, the changelog and the reviews.
4. How to ask for a refund
- Open the contact page, choose "Order or payment" and write the order number from your account's purchases page.
- Tell us what is wrong. Details help: the item version, the platform and its version, and any error you see.
- We look at your request and, where useful, ask the seller to respond. We tell you our decision by email.
5. What happens when we approve a refund
- We issue a credit note for the invoice and refund you the full amount you paid for that purchase, including the VAT, in the currency you paid in.
- The licence from that purchase ends and its download is no longer available to you. Stop using the item.
- The money goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.
- The seller's earnings from that sale are reversed.
6. Your legal rights
Nothing on this page limits rights you have under the law where you live, including consumer rights that cannot be waived.
