Stock Card (Kardex) & Inventory Valuation at a Date for Odoo 19 – Opening Balance, Movements, Running Balance
The stock card of your products with opening balance, every movement and a running balance, per warehouse or location, and the inventory valuation on any past date. On screen, in PDF and in Excel.
An auditor asks what you had in stock on 30 September, and why the count of a product moved. Odoo shows today's stock; to answer, you dig through moves. Stock Card & Inventory Valuation at a Date gives you two reports.
The stock card (kardex)
The opening balance, then every receipt, delivery, transfer and adjustment with its date, reference, partner and locations
A running balance after each movement, the totals in and out and the closing balance
For one product, several, or a category; for a warehouse, some locations or the whole company
Moves between locations of the same warehouse do not clutter it: only what really changed the stock
Inventory valuation on any date
The quantity, average cost and value of every product on a past date, by category, with the total
Standard price, average cost (AVCO) and FIFO: FIFO follows the layers, each delivery using the oldest first
We checked the figures against real receipts and deliveries

Frequently asked questions
What is a stock card?+
A kardex: for a product, the opening balance, every movement in the period (receipts, deliveries, transfers, adjustments) with a running balance, and the closing balance.
Can I see the stock on a past date?+
Yes. The valuation report gives the quantity, average cost and value of every product on any past date, by category, with the total.
Which costing methods are supported?+
Standard price, average cost (AVCO) and FIFO, as set on your product categories. For FIFO the module follows the layers still in stock.
Can I limit it to one warehouse?+
The stock card, yes: choose a warehouse or some locations. The valuation covers the whole company.
Which movements are on the card?+
Done moves that go in or out of the selected locations. A move between two locations inside them changes nothing and is not shown.
Does it show the value on the card?+
The card is in quantities; the valuation report gives the values. This keeps both exact.
Can I export it?+
Yes. Both reports print in PDF and export to Excel.
Does it work in Arabic?+
Yes. Everything is translated and works right to left, and the documentation is in Arabic too.
