PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce creates clean, professional PDF invoices and packing slips for your orders, attaches the invoice to the order emails automatically and lets you download any document from the order screen. Everything runs on your own site: no external service, no monthly fee, no data leaving your store.
It is lightweight, object-oriented PHP built on the small FPDF library. Documents are generated on demand, so nothing slows down your checkout.
HPOS compatible, translation-ready, works with orders from the classic and the block checkout. FPDF is bundled and can be replaced by the Composer package. Latin-script text is supported (PDF built-in fonts). A hook lets you add your own content to the PDFs.
WordPress 6.0+, WooCommerce 8.0+, PHP 7.4+. Licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later (FPDF is free to use).
Installation help and bug fixes are included for 6 months, with lifetime updates.

Yes. Choose which emails get the PDF: Processing order and Completed order for customers, and optionally New order for the admin.
Open the order and use the PDF documents box on the right. Customers can download their invoice from My Account → Orders.
With your prefix and zero padding, increasing by one for each new invoice. Set the next number in the settings to continue an existing sequence.
No. FPDF is bundled. If you prefer Composer, run composer install in the plugin folder and the plugin will use vendor/autoload.php.
Yes. Enter the company name, address and tax ID, choose a logo from the Media Library (JPG or PNG), pick an accent colour and add a footer note.
The PDFs use built-in fonts, so Latin-script text and symbols such as € and £ work. Other scripts (for example Arabic) are not supported in this version.
The error is logged and the email is still sent without the attachment.
No. Documents are generated on your server. Only the invoice number and date are saved on the order.
