You list the products and invite the vendors. A draft RFQ is created for each vendor, and the prices you enter land on one grid where the lowest price of each line is highlighted.
Yes. Award per line, the cheapest per line, or everything to the cheapest vendor. Each product is awarded to one vendor.
The winning RFQs keep only the lines they won and are confirmed as purchase orders; the other RFQs are cancelled. The prices stay on the comparison as the history.
Yes. The lowest price is the net price after the discount, converted to the currency of the company.
Yes: the highest quotation of each awarded line minus the awarded price, times the quantity.
