RFQ Comparison for Odoo 19 Community documentation

A guide to the comparison: the list and the vendors, the grid and the prices, the award, the confirmation, the sheet and the analysis.

Documents version 1.0.0Updated Oct 23, 2026

Start here

In plain words: Three vendors answered your request for quotation, each with different prices, delivery dates and payment terms. Which one wins? RFQ Comparison puts everything on one grid in Odoo Community: a draft RFQ is created for each vendor from a single list of products, the lowest price of each line is highlighted, you award line by line or to one vendor, and the winning RFQs are confirmed with only the lines they won.
The quotes side by side, the comparison sheet, and the confirmed order with only the awarded line.

Tip: The saving is counted against the highest quotation of each line, so you can show what the comparison was worth.

Enter the prices
