How is on-time delivery measured?+
From the expected arrival of the purchase order and the date of its last receipt. An order received on or before that date (plus the grace days you choose) is on time; one received after, or overdue and not fully received, is late.
What is the fill rate?+
The share of the ordered quantity that was received, capped at 100% for each line. Services are ignored.
Who gives the quality and service ratings?+
The buyer, from the purchase order, with 1 to 5 stars and an optional comment.
How is the score calculated?+
The weighted average of the on-time delivery, the fill rate and the ratings, with the weights you set in the company; criteria without data are left out. The grade is A from 90, B from 75, C from 60, otherwise D.
Can I compare vendors?+
Yes. The scorecard of a period ranks every vendor, with a minimum number of orders if you want.
Where do I see a vendor's score?+
On the vendor, the score and grade of the last 12 months, and a Delivery badge on each purchase order.
Can I print the scorecard?+
Yes, as a PDF.
Does it work in Arabic?+
Yes. Everything is translated and works right to left, and the documentation is in Arabic too.
