In plain words: Which vendor really delivers? The buyer remembers the one who was late twice, but nobody can prove it, and the vendor who is always three days late keeps getting the orders. Vendor Rating & Scorecard measures it in Odoo Community: the on-time delivery and the fill rate of every purchase order, worked out from your receipts, a quality and service rating the buyer gives after the order, an overall score and a grade, and a scorecard that ranks your vendors for any period.
The vendors ranked by score, a rating after an order, and the printed scorecard.

Tip: The delivery figures come from your real receipts: nobody has to type them.

ProblemWhat to do
The score is 0 and has no gradeNone of the orders is due yet, and nothing is rated.
An order shows Late but was deliveredCheck the expected arrival of the order and the date of the receipt.
A vendor is missing in the scorecardIt has fewer orders than the minimum, or none in the period.
Too strict on deliveryRaise the grace days or lower the weight of the on-time delivery.
