Multivendor Seller App for WooCommerce gives your sellers, and you as the store admin, a mobile app for the daily work: check new orders, update their status, add and edit products with photos, keep the store profile up to date and get a push notification the moment an order arrives.
The package has three parts that work together: a WordPress plugin with the secure REST API, notifications and settings, a Flutter app for Android and iOS, and an online App Builder inside the plugin that makes your own branded Android file without installing anything.
Sellers and admins use the same app
Sellers (Dokan, WCFM Marketplace and MultiVendorX) see only their own products and the orders that contain their products
Administrators and shop managers log in with their normal account and see the whole store; a "Store admin" badge shows on the dashboard
Customers and everybody else are refused
What the app does
Dashboard: earnings, orders, active, pending and offline products, out-of-stock count and alerts
Orders: search, filter by status, open an order for customer, payment and products, change the status
Inventory: list, search, add, edit and delete products with main and gallery photos, prices, sale price, stock and categories
Profile: store name, phone, address, logo and banner, shipping, refund and cancellation policies, business hours
Alerts: out-of-stock and low-stock warnings and products waiting for approval
Notifications
Firebase push to the seller when an order contains their products, and to admins for every order
Optional SMS and WhatsApp (Twilio, Unifonic, 2Factor, OTPless) with your own message text
A Test Notifications tab sends a test push or SMS to any user and shows the provider's answer

Build your own Android app online
The App Builder tab connects to the Taqnix cloud builder with your purchase code. Enter the app name, package name, icon, logo, splash image and Firebase file, choose APK (to test) or App Bundle (for Google Play) and press Build. You get the download link by email. Your WooCommerce keys and passwords are never sent.
Secure by design
Every request except login needs the user's token. Tokens are stored as hashes, last 90 days, are per phone and end at once on logout or when the role is removed. Sellers cannot refund or trash orders, uploads must be real images, statuses and prices are validated, login attempts are limited, and the builder is only available to administrators with a security token.

The full Flutter source is included: Riverpod, go_router, Dio, Firebase Messaging, secure storage and image picker. Set your store address in one file, add your Firebase files and run flutter build.
Developer friendly
A documented REST API under /wp-json/multivendor-seller/v1 (login, orders, products, media, profile, settings, notifications, app config) lets you extend the app or build your own.

Requirements
WordPress 6.0+, WooCommerce 8.0+, PHP 7.4+, HTTPS on your store. For seller logins: Dokan, WCFM Marketplace or MultiVendorX. A free Firebase project for push notifications. To build the app yourself: Flutter 3.41 or newer.

Frequently asked questions
What is in the package?+
Two code packages and the guide: the WordPress plugin (multivendor-app-for-woocommerce-plugin.zip) and the Flutter seller app source (flutter-app-source.zip), plus the illustrated documentation in HTML and PDF.
Which marketplace plugins are supported?+
Dokan, WCFM Marketplace and MultiVendorX. The plugin detects the active one and uses it to find each seller's orders and store profile. Without one of them only administrators and shop managers can use the app.
Can the store admin log in too?+
Yes. Administrators and shop managers sign in with their normal WordPress account and see all orders and all products. Sellers only see their own.
Do I need to know Flutter?+
No, if you use the online App Builder in the plugin: you fill in a form, upload your icon and Firebase file, press Build and receive the download link by email. Flutter is only needed to change the app's code or to build it yourself (including iPhone).
Can I build the iPhone app online?+
The online builder makes Android builds (APK or App Bundle). For iPhone, open the included Flutter source on a Mac with Xcode and an Apple Developer account, as described in the documentation.
What does the online builder send to the build server?+
Your site address, purchase code, app name, package name, your email and phone, the splash colour, your icon, logo and splash image and the google-services.json file. No WooCommerce keys and no store passwords are sent.
Can sellers see other sellers' data?+
No. Every request needs the user's token and the server only returns and changes the seller's own products, orders, profile and photos. Sellers also cannot refund or trash orders.
When do sellers get notifications?+
When an order that contains their products is placed, by push (Firebase) and optionally by SMS or WhatsApp. Admins are notified of every order.
I used the older Seller App plugin. What changes?+
This version replaces the old plugin and the separate App Builder plugin. Login tokens are stored differently, so everybody logs in once more. The documentation has a short migration chapter.
Does it work with HPOS?+
Yes, High-Performance Order Storage is supported.
