AI Support Reply Drafts for WooCommerce adds a reply box to the WooCommerce order screen. Paste the customer's message, pick the topic (where is my order, return or refund, damaged item, change of address, invoice request, other) and get an editable draft in the customer's language, written by your AI model from the order facts and your own shop texts only.
Facts, not guesses
The draft may use the order number, status, dates, item names and quantities, shipping method, tracking number and link, and your shipping, returns, warranty and contact texts. Nothing else.
A fact the reply needs but the order does not have becomes a [CHECK: ...] placeholder, not an invented answer.
A post-check lists amounts, percentages, dates, weekdays, delivery times, other order numbers and promises (refund, discount, coupon, compensation, replacement, free) that are not in the facts. Links written by the AI are removed.
You send, never the plugin
Copy the draft, add it as a private note, or press Send as order note to customer: a confirmation shows the exact text and the customer's e-mail, and only then WooCommerce's own customer note e-mails the customer. A separate right to send, no placeholders allowed, one use per confirmation. No automatic and no bulk sending.
Private by design
Address, phone, e-mail, payment details and totals are never sent. The first name, tracking number and tracking link stay on your site: the AI writes placeholders, the plugin fills them in. E-mail addresses, phone numbers, IBANs and card numbers in the pasted message are masked. The customer message is treated as untrusted data.
Tracking from your shipment plugin
Reads WooCommerce Shipment Tracking, Advanced Shipment Tracking (zorem) and Orders Tracking for WooCommerce (VillaTheme) with verified keys; AfterShip and YITH keys are read too but not verified; any plugin can be added with the filter tqsd_tracking_items. Works with HPOS and the legacy order storage.

Frequently asked questions
Does it send replies to customers automatically?+
No. It only drafts. A person copies the draft, adds it as a private note, or sends it as an order note after a confirmation. There is no automatic and no bulk sending.
Can the AI invent a delivery date or promise a refund?+
The instructions forbid it and only the order facts and your shop texts are given. A post-check also flags amounts, dates, delivery times and promise words that are not in the facts. It is a safety net, not a guarantee: a person must read the draft.
What happens when a fact is missing?+
The draft gets a [CHECK: ...] placeholder, for example [CHECK: tracking number]. A text with a placeholder cannot be sent to the customer.
What is sent to the AI provider?+
The pasted message with e-mail addresses, phone numbers, IBANs and card numbers masked, the order number, status, dates, item names and quantities, shipping method, carrier, whether a refund is recorded, and your shop texts. Never the address, phone, e-mail, payment details or totals. The first name only if you turn it on. Nothing is sent to Taqnix.
Which shipment tracking plugins are supported?+
Verified: WooCommerce Shipment Tracking (key from its official documentation), Advanced Shipment Tracking by zorem and Orders Tracking for WooCommerce by VillaTheme (keys checked in their wordpress.org source). AfterShip and YITH WooCommerce Order & Shipment Tracking are read with keys that are NOT verified. Any plugin, these included, can supply its numbers through the filter tqsd_tracking_items.
Does it work with HPOS?+
Yes, with High-Performance Order Storage and with the legacy post storage. Both are tested.
Who can use it?+
You choose the roles that can draft and, separately, the roles that can send to the customer. Administrators and shop managers by default; they also need the WooCommerce right to edit orders.
Can a customer trick the AI with instructions in the message?+
The message is sent as data between random markers and the staff sees a warning. Even if a model obeys, the draft is plain text, links are removed, promises and amounts are flagged, and nothing is sent without a person.
Does it work in Arabic?+
Yes. The plugin and the guide are in English and Arabic, the draft follows the language of the customer, and Arabic promise words, dates and digits are checked.
