For the office

  • Dispatch map with technicians, jobs, battery and the route of the day (OpenStreetMap, no paid key)
  • Assign a technician, open a job to a team (first to accept wins) or offer it to the nearest technicians with a radius, a timeout and escalation

Built for trust

Every status change is stamped with GPS and the time of the phone and cannot be edited later. Actions have unique IDs so a retry never applies twice. Tokens are hashed, the order rules are checked on the server.

Requirements

Odoo 19.0 with Project, Timesheets, Inventory and Invoicing (Community is enough), Python libraries PyJWT and requests, a public https address, Flutter 3.41 and a Mac to build the iPhone app.

Frequently asked questions

What do I get?

The Odoo 19 module (orders, dispatch, offers, live map, geofence, timer, timesheets, van stock, signature and photos, invoicing, push notifications and the API) and the complete Flutter source code of the offline-first technician app for Android and iOS, with a setup script, documentation in English and Arabic and automated tests.

Does it need Odoo Enterprise?

No. It works on Odoo 19 Community and uses only Project, Timesheets, Inventory and Invoicing. The dispatch map is built with OpenStreetMap and Leaflet; no Enterprise Field Service, Maps or Gantt app is needed.

Can any technician accept a job?

Yes. A job can be assigned to one technician, opened to a team (first to accept wins) or offered to the technicians near it, with a radius, a timeout and escalation to the dispatcher.

Does the app work without internet?

Yes. Every action is saved on the phone and sent later with safe retries; the catalog, jobs and barcodes work offline, and location points are buffered.

How is the invoice calculated?

From the worked time (rounded to blocks, with a minimum and minutes covered by the callout fee), a fixed price, or materials only, plus billable parts, a callout fee and a travel fee per kilometre. The technician can create, confirm and email it from the phone if you allow it.

Do I need to know Flutter?

Not for a standard app: run the setup script, build and publish; the guide explains Google Play, the App Store and internal distribution. Developers can change the code freely.

Which industries does it fit?

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, IT and network, appliance repair, security installation, facility services and similar. The guide lists settings by industry.

Is it available in Arabic?

Yes. The app, the module and the documentation come in English and Arabic, and the app supports right to left.
