No. A booking cannot overlap another confirmed or pending booking of the same room. Odoo tells you who has the room and when. Back-to-back meetings are fine.
Each room has an opening and a closing hour. A meeting must fit inside them, in the time zone of the person who books.
Yes: every day, week or month, from 2 to 52 meetings. It is all or nothing: if one of the dates clashes, no meeting is created.
Yes. For such a room, a booking by somebody who is not one of its managers waits; the managers approve it or refuse it with a reason.
Use Find a room: give the date, the hour, the duration, the number of people and the equipment, and you get the free rooms with a Book button.
No. A room booking is its own record with its own calendar view; it does not create events in the Calendar app.
