No. An interviewer sees only his own interviews. The recruiters, who decide, see all of them.
Each criterion has a weight. The score of an interview is the weighted average of the scores, out of 5: a criterion of weight 2 counts twice as much as one of weight 1.
Yes. Give the scorecard a job position; the jobs without one use the general scorecard, which comes with the module.
No. A submitted interview is locked; only a recruitment administrator can reopen it.
On the application: the number of interviews, the average score and the opinions, for example 1 Strong yes, 1 No. The comparison table shows the average for each criterion.
