Does the AI decide who is hired?+
No. It gives advice: a score, a summary, strengths, gaps and questions. It never changes the stage of an applicant or rejects anyone. The decision stays human.
Is the candidate's name sent to the AI?+
No, by default. The name, email and phone are removed from the CV before it is sent. You can switch this off in the company, AI tab.
How does it avoid bias?+
It is told to judge only skills, experience, education and achievements and to ignore gender, age, nationality, religion, marital status, photo and address. This reduces the risk but does not remove it: AI models can be biased, so use the score as one input among others.
Which CVs can it read?+
A PDF with text attached to the applicant, or the text pasted in the notes. A PDF that is only a scan has no text.
Where do the requirements come from?+
From the field What we look for on the job. If it is empty, the job description is used.
How many applicants at once?+
20 per run from the list. One that cannot be screened does not stop the others.
Which AI model does it use?+
Yours: any OpenAI-compatible service or Anthropic, through the AI Connector that is included. You pay your provider for the tokens.
Does it work in Arabic?+
Yes. The module is translated and works right to left, CVs can be in Arabic, and the documentation is in Arabic too.
