Reorder Suggestions for Odoo 19 Community – What to Buy, How Much and When, with One-Click RFQs
Know what to order and how much in Odoo Community: from your sales, stock on hand and on order and vendor lead times, get days of stock left, urgency and the quantity to order, then create the RFQs by vendor in one click.
Reorder Suggestions tells you what to buy, how much and how urgent it is, from your own numbers.
What it looks at
What you sold over the last weeks (90 days by default)
The stock on hand, on order and committed to customers
The lead time, the minimum quantity and the price of the product's vendor
What it gives
Days of stock left and an urgency: critical (it runs out before the vendor can deliver), soon, fine
The quantity to order: the lead time, the days of stock you want and a safety margin, rounded up and raised to the vendor's minimum
What you do
Change any quantity, untick a line, change the vendor
One click: one draft RFQ per vendor with the ticked lines
Every run is kept, with its RFQs
No rules to maintain
No minimum/maximum on each product: the vendor's lead time and your sales history are enough.
Tested
30 automated tests: the numbers, the sales window, stock on order and committed, the vendor minimum, urgency, filters by category and warehouse, the RFQs and the access rights.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need minimum and maximum rules on my products?+
No. The suggestions come from your sales history, your stock and the lead time of each product's vendor.
How is the quantity calculated?+
Daily sales times (lead time + days of stock wanted + safety days), minus the stock on hand and on order, plus the quantities committed to customers; rounded up and raised to the vendor's minimum quantity.
What do critical, soon and fine mean?+
Critical: the stock runs out before the vendor can deliver. Soon: it runs out within the safety days after that. Fine: the rest.
Can I change what is suggested?+
Yes: change any quantity, untick the lines you do not want, change the vendor, filter by category or warehouse and compute again.
What does it create?+
One draft request for quotation per vendor, with the ticked lines. You confirm them as usual.
Which sales does it count?+
The quantities delivered to customers from the chosen warehouse during the period you set.
Is the history of runs kept?+
Yes: each run keeps its suggestions and the RFQs created from it.
Does it work in Arabic?+
Yes. The module is translated and works right to left, and the documentation is in Arabic too.
